I plan to do this for my own passport book. When you ask for a stamp, do you tell them the date you were there and they customize the date on the stamp? Or do they just use the current date of stamp?
Thanks!

[…] Do you have a National Park Passport? If not, you need one! These easy-to-transport souvenir are perfect for everyone who has the goal of one day seeing all 60+ National Parks or the more than 400 Monuments, Riverways, and Historic Sites that make up the National Park System. You can grab your passport stamp at the Visitor’s Center. No idea what I’m talking about? I have an entire post dedicated to the National Park Passports and my love for them. You can find all the information you need about them by reading my post National Park Passport Program: Why National Park Visitors Love it! […]

You can also write letters to the visitor center asking a park ranger to send you a stamp! Everyone who I sent a letter to replied and gave us a stamp from our visit! You can find the mailing address on their website, and then include a self-addressed, stamped envelop and mail it off to them! It can take about a month to hear back, but they will provide you with a stamp! (...or you can just visit them all again like you said. That sounds like fun, too!)
